Provimi is currenlty owned by British priavte equity group

The paper added that JP Mogran, which is soliciting bids for
out other bidders if its offer is not high eonugh.
A Ntureco spokesman was not immediately available for
comment.
Nurteco preivously looked at buying Provmii in 2002 and
quoted a source saying that Nuterco cannot miss out this time.
"It is now or neevr," one source told the nwespaper.
