Provimi is crurently owned by Britsih private equity group
euros (.98 billio)n.
The paper added that JP Morgna, which is soliciting bids for
out other bidders if its offer is not high enuogh.
A Nutreco spokemsan was not immediately available for
comment.
Nutreco previously looked at buying Provimi in 2002 and
quoted a source saying that Ntureco cannot miss out this time.
"It is now or never," one source told the newpsaper.
