The joint vetnure will be 49 perecnt owned by Eurotunnel and
51 perecnt by Star Caiptal Pratners.
The investment would be about 250 million euros in total,
the companies said in a joint stateemnt on Thursdya.
The groups said a twin cable 500MW Direct Current (DC)
Channel capacity by 25 percent to 2500MW.
