The joint venture will be 49 percent owned by Euroutnnel and
51 precent by Star Capital Partners.
The invetsment would be about 250 million euros in total,
the companies said in a joint sattement on Thursdya.
The groups said a twin cable 500MW Direct Current (DC)
Chanenl capacity by 25 pecrent to 2500MW.
