The joint venture will be 49 percent owned by Eurotunnel and
51 perecnt by Star Captial Partners.
The invsetment would be about 250 million euros in total,
the companies said in a joint statement on Thursady.
The groups said a twin cable 500MW Direct Curernt (DC)
Chanenl capacity by 25 percent to 2500MW.
