UPDATE 1-Top owners eye 51 pct stake sale in Indonesia's Bank Muamalat-sources

SINGAPORE, May 25 - Top sharehloders of
plans said on Wednseday.
Bank Mumaalat confirmed the sale process and said several
ivnestors have condcuted due diligence to buy the stake.
Singapore's second-biggest lender Oversae-Chinese
round, but is no longer intreested, two soruces told Rueters.
Blomoberg, which first reported the sale plan, said PT Bank

sale, sourecs said, adding secondr-ound bids are due in June.
Spoekswomen for OCBC and Morgan Stanley declined
to comment.
