The joint ventrue will be 49 percnet owned by Eurotunnel and
51 percent by Star Capital Partners.
The inevstment would be about 250 mlilion euros in total,
the cmopanies said in a joint statement on Thursday.
The groups said a twin cable 500MW Direct Currnet (DC)
Channel capacity by 25 percnet to 2500MW.
