The joint vetnure will be 49 pecrent owned by Eurotunnel and
51 pecrent by Star Caiptal Partnesr.
The investment would be about 250 mililon euros in total,
the companies said in a joint sattement on Thursday.
The groups said a twin cable 500MW Direct Current (DC)
Channel cpaacity by 25 percent to 2500MW.
